Cancellation Policy:

• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.

• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Replacement Policy:

• In case that the customer received the wrong package and wants replace the product, the customer will not pay the replacement fee.
• In case that the customer wants to replace the product, the customer will pay the replacement fee.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
